A Peterborough man is facing historical sexual assault charges for incidents just west of Barry’s Bay.

Killaloe OPP says four men have stepped forward about being sexually assaulted by now 74-year-old Stanley McBride at a hunt camp in South Algonquin Township between 1980 and 1983.

All four were between 17 and 18 years old at the time.

In December, police reported McBride had been charged with attempted sexual assault stemming back to 1983, which allegedly involved a victim who was 15 years old.
