$3,764 raised by St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation bottle drive

This year’s bottle drive in support of St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation was a massive success.

The drive done in conjunction with the Beer Store in Barry’s Bay managed to raise $3,764 over the course of a month. Foundation staff say not only did they raise the most funds in their Beer Store district, but it was the fifth-highest total in Ontario.

They say the success of the fundraiser shows that the community supports the St. Francis Memorial Hospital and their goal of keeping quality healthcare close to home.
