A 17 year-old-reported missing this morning has been found safe by OPP.

Around 1:00 AM on Wednesday, June 9th, police received a report of a single-vehicle collision on Foymount Road near Donegal Road in Bonnechere Valley. Police found a truck that had left the roadway and struck a rock-cut. Officers attended the scene but were unable to locate the driver at the time. The Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit were called in to conduct a search.

Around 9 AM, police found the 17-year-old driver from Bonnechere Valley Township at a hunting camp near Cormac Road. The driver had sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is currently being assessed by Renfrew County Paramedics.

The investigation is ongoing.
