They’re not out of the woods yet but so far, no new positive cases of COVID-19 have been found at Fellowes High School from staff, students or contacts.
However, The Renfew County District Health Unit is still monitoring test results, conducting contact tracing and updating the community as more info becomes available. Meanwhile some changes are coming to Renfrew County’s self assessment tool. They say that household members of symptomatic individual must self monitor for symptoms but don’t have to self-isolate if they don’t have any. These people can work or go to school, so long as they have not been identified as a close contact or positive case. The unit says it reflects evolving information of how COVID-19 spreads.
Currently in the District 8 people are in self isolation, with total cases sitting at 48
