If you are a charity or a non-profit in Renfrew County, the Pembroke Petawawa District Community Foundation would like to support you.
They say that Emergency Community Support Fund applications are now open. The ECSF is a fund worth $350 million from the Government of Canada.
In collaboration with United Way Canada, the Canadian Red Cross and the Community Foundations of Canada, the ECSF looks to give a boost to organizations on the front lines, and those impacted by Covid-19. They say that the pandemic has left no community untouched, and have impacted vulnerable populations the hardest.
The foundation will be accepting application from qualified donees serving vulnerable populations. A link to the application form can be found here.
