The province has awarded Bonnechere Valley Township over $500,000 to be put towards aging infrastructure.
The money is earmarked for repairing the water main underneath the main bridge.
The Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund Intake announced the funding.
The province will foot 90 percent of the bill for the project while the township covers the last 10 percent.
Bonnechere Valley is no stranger to getting grants.
In recent years, they have received money for road repairs and a new arena roof.
