Arnprior Report of Domestic Violence Leads to Conspiracy to Commit Murder Charges

The Renfrew County OPP says it’s now investigating a case of domestic violence involving conspiracy to commit murder.

The OPP’s crime and forensic unit have been called in to help in the investigation in Arnprior.

A 46-year-old McNab-Braeside man and a 44-year-old Ottawa man have been arrested and charged with mischief, assault, conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping.

Police have released few details in the case but say both men remain in custody until a bail hearing can be set in Pembroke.
