Preliminary hearing dates have been set to determine whether or not there is enough evidence to bring Zachary Wittke to trial.

Wittke is facing multiple charges including flight while pursued by police, theft of a motor vehicle and first-degree murder following a collision that took the life of 65-year-old Sheila Welsh.

Police say Wittke had stolen a vehicle and fled from the scene of one collision before his fatal collision with Welsh.

Preliminary hearings will be held on June 7th and 8th, as well as July 17th and 23rd. The Special Investigations Unit is also investigating the situation.
