Bonnechere Valley to launch tourism strategy April 26

Those with an interest in the tourism business may want to head to Bonnechere Valley later this month.

The municipality will unveil its tourism strategy on Wednesday, April 26. The event takes place at the Rio Tap and Grill at 76 Bonnechere St. W. in Eganville, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

Bonnechere Valley says that the tourism sector is important to its economic viability and it hopes local stakeholders will come out and learn more about its destination development plans. 

The municipality also says it hopes to set itself apart from others by highlighting many of its key features, including its heritage, arts, culture, geology and the Bonnechere River.
