The RCDHU is one of the health units changing colour restrictions this Monday, moving from Green to Yellow public health restrictions.

Under Yellow – Protect there are additional requirements for the following:

  • Restaurants, bars, and other food and drink establishments
  • Sports and recreational fitness facilities
  • Meeting and event spaces
  • Retail
  • Personal Care Services
  • Casinos, bingo halls, and gaming establishments

The province says that health measures will be reviewed on a weekly basis to assess if more measures are needed. Each health unit will remain at their current warning level for 28 days before there’s any consideration of downgrading their status.
