Tax Help in the Valley

For a lot of people with low income, tax season can be very expensive.
Natalie Toppin heads a volunteer tax return program that offers free tax returns to those that meet the criterion.

She says the process is simple.
Once you have made an appointment, you can show up with all your slips to have your return completed.
