Are you looking for a job and you feel like you’re running out of luck?

Well, the Madawaska Valley Public Library are there to help as they will be hosting a seminar where local businesses and future staff members will be able to learn about the advantages of connecting via the online platform Linkedin.

Travis Richards, coordinator of the seminar says that the online resume platform not only benefits adults in the workforce, but also our youth. Hey says students can list their diplomas, certifications and skills which quickly helps spread employability.

Richards also told us that local companies can connect and form partnerships with other businesses in order to grow their customer base. Grow your business or increase your chances of getting employed and get connected at the Madawaska Valley Public Library on Wednesday November 14. The seminar will begin at 7:00 PM, the entry fee is $15 and part of the proceeds will go towards the Barry’s Bay Special Olympics.
