ATV enthusiasts from across Ontario will be taking to local trails this weekend.
That’s because the Renfrew County ATV Club is hosting its annual Opeongo Trailfest event, which showcases trails in South Algonquin and Madawaska Valley.
RCATV Club Event Organizer Wendy Biernaskie says club volunteers have been busy getting trails ready for the event.
She says that all of the ATVers in the area should help give local businesses a boost this weekend.
Opeongo Trailfest kicks off on Saturday with riders going towards South Algonquin, while Sunday sees riders going through Madawaska Valley.
