Maggie’s Resource Centre of North Hastings is encouraging you to weigh in on how to empower women economically.
The province has released a survey, asking for your thoughts on how women and girls in Ontario can have access to equal opportunities in education, entrepreneurship, and employment.
Maggie’s Resource Centre Executive Director Tanya Mackinnon says this is important because most women in North Hastings work seasonal jobs that can’t provide a living wage.
You have until August 15th to weigh-in on the survey which can be found here.
