Officers Partnering with Special Olympians for 30th Annual Torch Run

Officers from the Killaloe OPP will be joining Special Olympians for the 30th annual Law Enforcement Torch Run in downtown Barry’s Bay.

Police say it’s important officers join local athletes in drumming up support for their programs.

Runners will be carrying buckets for donations which go towards trips for athletes, their fitness programs and regimes along with holding events.

The walk and run kicks off Tuesday, June 6th starting at the Northern Credit Union on Opeongo Line at 2:00pm in the Madawaska Valley.
