Barry’s Bay BIA accepting vendor applications for Bay Day

The Barry’s Bay BIA is accepting vendor applications for the upcoming Bay Day on May 16.

BIA Vice Chair and owner of Church Street Flowers Pam McNichol said they are accepting applications from anyone who is selling goods, and health-unit certified food vendors.

“There’s a lot of businesses that do the market circuit, if you will. And this tends to be a really good beginning of the summer season for them,” she said.

She added Bay Day is a way to encourage people to return downtown after the long winter season, and for local businesses to give back with customer appreciation sales.

Bay Day also includes a live band and a car show.

Vendor applications can be found on the BIA website.
