Two other municipalities are looking for a recommendation from Madawaska Valley council in fire services responding to medical calls in the region.
The two letters, from North Frontenac and Addington Highlands outline the increasing number of calls fire fighters respond to in place of paramedics.
Council will also be seeing more information from the Ontario150 plan and three new funding programs the province has commissioned.
