Another game, another overtime win for the Madawaska Valley Wolves in Eastern Ontario Senior Hockey League play.
Devin Campbell scored in the extra period to give the Wolves a 5-4 win over the Tweed Oil Kings at the Paul J. Yakabuski Centre on Saturday night. It was the second straight Saturday, in which the Wolves beat the Kings in overtime.
The win gives the Wolves a record of 6 wins, 6 losses, 3 overtime wins and 1 overtime loss on the season.
They close out the 2023 portion of their season on Saturday, Dec. 30 when they host the Smiths Falls Rideaus. Puck drop is 7 p.m. at the Yakabuski.
