The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is looking into an act of vandalism at the City Hall clock tower in Pembroke.
Police say someone gained access to the roof of City Hall and spray painted graffiti below the clock face.
Police are trying to figure out how someone was able to get on the roof and the clock tower area.
Anyone with information is urged to call the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP or Crime Stoppers.
