Pembroke Declares State of Emergency

The City of Pembroke has declared a state of emergency.

They say that water levels on the Ottawa River are rising quickly and that significant rain forecasts will create levels that will exceed the City’s resources.

The emergency was declared to caution homeowners they say and add that resources are available to them if needed.
