KHR Township hosting Easter in support of Round Lake rink repairs

The Township of Killaloe-Hagarty-Richards is hosting Easter this weekend featuring an egg hunt, candy giveaways, live entertainment and food.

Community Development Coordinator Colton Charbonneau said funds raised will go towards repairs to the Round Lake rink – which the township is planning to do a full upgrade on, dependent on grants and funding.

This event will be held at the Round Lake Recreation Park on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Charbonneau said they decided to push the event to after Easter as a result of the snow.

He added the event would not be possible without their volunteers, and the support of council.
