MV Township holding public meeting to discuss rezoning in Combermere

The Township of Madawaska Valley will be holding a public meeting next week to discuss a rezoning application in Combermere.

The application was submitted on behalf of Combermere Lodge Limited, and proposes to rezone land located on Chippawa Road from Tourist Commercial to Limited Service Residential.

This would facilitate the development of a five-lot subdivision.
