Negotiations regarding the Railway Station Tourism Centre have begun, and there’s optimism from the Madawaska Valley Township’s side.
That’s according to Mayor Kim Love, who says while negotiations are early, that they look promising.
Love says that negotiations have started well, but it’s about finding a middle ground between what both sides want.
