A man is facing charges after shoplifting at a Renfrew grocery store.
That’s according to Renfrew OPP, who says they were called to the No Frills on January 13th after a man was caught attempting to steal products. Police say when they arrived, store security already had the man in custody.
At the store manager’s request, the 81-year-old Renfrew man is now being charged with engaging in a prohibited activity. Police say the man was also issued a ticket for the offence.
