Police have arrested a second suspect in relation to poppy donation thefts in Pembroke.
That’s according to Upper Ottawa Valley OPP, who says the man was involved in poppy donation thefts from a Mac’s Convenience Store on Pembroke Street East.
When the man was arrested, he was also found with five different types of drugs on him. As a result, a 33-year-old Pembroke man is facing six counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking as well charges for theft under $5000.

The man will appear in a Pembroke court in January.
