The Bancroft OPP is reminding you to be careful on the roads due to snowy and icy roads during the winter months.
Constable Philippe Regamey says roads can become very slippery in the snow.
Regamey also warns you about the risks of black ice.

Regamey says keeping a safe distance between you and other vehicles will also give you more time to react if an animal darts out onto the road.
