Renfrew OPP is investigating a fire at an abandoned building.
Police say a small fire was reported on Magnesium Road in Whitewater Region on November 19th. Both police and fire services attended the scene, and the fire was put out with only minor damaged being caused.
According to OPP, evidence at the scene was collected and it appears that the fire was willfully set in the building, which is unoccupied.

Police say the incident is still under investigation and is asking any witnesses to come forward with information, or to reach out anonymously to Pembroke Renfrew County Crime Stoppers.
