Zachary Wittke will appear in a Pembroke courthouse again at the end of November.
The 20-year-old Eganville man is facing multiple charges including first degree murder, flight from police, theft of a motor vehicle and careless operation of a vehicle resulting in death after a fatal collision in September that took the life of a 65-year-old woman.
According to police, Wittke stole a truck in Renfrew and fled the scene of one collision, before being involved in the fatal collision later that day.
