The Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan is selling one of their municipal buildings.
According to the township, the building has been declared as surplus and can now be sold. The building is 8′ by 12′ and is being sold “as is” and “where is”.
Fire Chief Jordan Genrick, says the building is about 15 years old and was used to house the township’s communication equipment. Genrick also says the building has an electrical panel on the inside and heat. Whoever purchases it will be required to move it off site themselves.
