The OPP are sharing tips to ensure everybody has a safe and happy Halloween.
Constable Catherine Yarmel says some tips to stay safe during Halloween include making sure you can be seen easily.
Yarmel also says that anybody trick-or-treating should follow the rules of the road.

The OPP also advices trick-or-treaters to only go to well-lit houses, and to travel in groups to stay safe.
