OPP Reminding You it’s the Law to Provide Breath Sample if Requested

The OPP is reminding you that it’s the law to provide a breath sample if asked for one by police.

This comes following a pullover in Combermere last week where the driver refused to take a breathalyzer test.

OPP Constable Catherine Yarmel reminds you that refusing to provide a breath sample is illegal.

The driver pulled over in Combermere last week had their vehicle towed and will appear in a Killaloe court later this month.
