More results from the 2016 Canadian Census have come in.
The most recent census results show that 535 people in Barry’s Bay are married or living with a common law partner. This comes out to about 47-percent of people over the age of 15. In Barry’s Bay.

Meanwhile, the census also shows that 94-percent of Madawaska Valley residents only speak English, while just 210 speak English and French.
While the population of the Madawaska Valley went down almost four-percent, the population in Barry’s Bay went up nearly one point five percent.
