A Bancroft man is facing charges after he was caught wearing a flag, and kicking another one on a sidewalk.
Bancroft OPP says it responded to a theft at a business on Hastings Street North early on the morning of July 2nd.
The 26-year-old caught with the flags now faces two counts of theft under $5,000 and one of an indecent act in a public place. He is scheduled to appear in Bancroft Court on September 12th.
