A Hastings Highlands man is facing charges after he tried to escape police.
The OPP says it happened last Monday on Hastings Street North in Bancroft.
Police saw a dirt-bike rider who ran a red light, and did not stop for police when they tried to pull him over.

The 18-year-old was eventually found and arrested.
He now faces seven charges, including impaired driving, failing to stop for a red light and police, and driving a vehicle without plates or insurance.
