School Buses Cancelled in Renfrew County, Winter Travel Advisory in Effect

The RCJTC says all school buses are cancelled across Renfrew County this morning as a winter travel advisory has been issued by Environment Canada.

The cancellations include all public and catholic schools across the county and in the Madawaska Valley.

More snow is in the forecast this morning and drivers are being advised to always take to the roads according to weather conditions.

Environment Canada says the advisory should be lifted around midday.

Areas affected include Killaloe, Barry’s Bay, Petawawa, Pembroke, Cobden, Renfrew, Arnprior and Calabogie.
