The Killaloe OPP says yesterday’s major closure of Highway 60 was due to a fatal collision near the Deacon Bridge and Round Lake.
The highway was closed yesterday for most of the day as collision investigators tended to the scene.
Police say the crash involved one vehicle and its single driver.

The OPP says the name of the deceased is being withheld until next of kin and their family have been notified.
The highway has since re-opened and the investigation is ongoing.
