Township Calls Second Public Meeting for Canada’s 150th Celebration

The Township of Madawaska Valley isn’t wasting any time with planning for the nation’s 150th anniversary.

Another public meeting has been called by the township’s Recreation and Community and Development Coordinator Paul Nopper.

Residents are encouraged to attend, including those who came up with the over 60 ideas for the celebration in October’s open house.

The meeting is set for Monday, December 12th at 7:00pm at the township office located in Barry’s Bay.
