The province is providing $1.1-million in funding to St. Martins of Tours Catholic Elementary School in Whitney.
A release by the province says it is investing $25-million into building and renovating schools in Eastern Ontario.
Renovations and retrofits to St. Martin of Tours Catholic Elementary School was one of the projects that made the list.

The funding will help it accommodate 26 students from Whitney Public School.
