Today, Bridge Street in Eganville will be closed intermittently for water main repair.
The Township of Bonnechere Valley says the work is expected to be completed by the beginning of November.
Crews will be closing all lanes on the bridge daily from 7:00am until 5:00pm on weekdays until the project’s completion.

During the working hours however it will be open to pedestrian traffic on the west side of the bridge.
Construction also begins today on the Boulter Road Bridge in Hastings Highlands.
The municipality says the bridge is expected to be closed until next week Tuesday.
A detour will be in place today for local traffic through Old Highway 62.
The bridge will be closed to through traffic from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily.
