The Killaloe OPP is asking residents to be on the lookout for suspicious activity.

They say usually outdoor marijuana is kept outdoors as long as possible to maximize the yield.

Officials say harvesting usually begins after the first frost of the year as most plants will not typically survive a second frost.
If you are out hiking in remote be on the lookout for hand tools, power tools, camouflage netting, watering supplies and fertilizer.
