It was a nice chunk of change for the winner of the June North Hastings 50/50 Raffle.
Dennis Purcell of Bancroft won the $1,705 jackpot.
It’s the second of a series of monthly raffle draws planned by the hospice.

In addition to the cash prize, the 50/50 raffle helps provide a lasting impact on the lives of local families in need.
The hospice has awarded more than $6,000 to lucky winners over two months, helping individuals and families facing life-limiting illness.
