Friday’s spirit of Giving Radiothon in support of the Madawaska Valley Foodbank in Barrys Bay has raised over $25, 000.
From 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on November 29, MooseFM was live on location at the Metro and Valu Mart in Barry’s Bay where people came to join in the giving spirit, dropping off food or cash donations.
Donations were also collected at Gift in Gray and Eastin Accounting in Barry’s Bay.

Those who still wish to donate can contact the Madawaska Valley Foodbank.
The Madawaska Valley Food bank supports Barry’s Bay and surrounding regions like Combermere and Madawaska.
