Central and Eastern Ontario continues to search for 18-year-old missing from Havelock

Communities across Ontario are searching for 18-year-old Logan, who went missing 14 days ago from his home in Havelock.

Central region OPP are letting the public know that there will be an increased police presence around Havelock on Monday (Oct. 28) as they search the property where Logan went missing.

They are asking that everyone stay away from the area as they will be using their K-9 unit as part of the search.

Logan has been described by his family as having high-functioning autism.

He may avoid people and has been known to explore and hide in outbuildings such as abandoned houses and sheds.

Over the past two weeks people across Ontario have been spreading the word on social media, keeping their eyes out and organizing search parties.

OPP say the public has provided numerous tips over a huge geographical area.

“We have followed up with each and every one of them and ask that you continue to provide any information possible. The QR code supplied allows photos and/or videos of sightings to be uploaded to a platform to be accessed by our investigators. We appreciate all your support.”
