Project Playground in Barry’s Bay has reached 102 per cent of its fundraising goal, with more than $62,000 raised, above the $60,000 goal.
The project will see new playground equipment at Lakeshore Park in Barry’s Bay.
Those who contribute before Sept. 30 will have their company or organization name on signage at the site.
The total cost of the project is $120,000.

All funds donated will be put directly towards Project Playground and allow less funds to be drawn from municipal reserves for the project.
