Police are investigating the theft of a vehicle which was recently located, burned.
On Aug. 26, just before 3 p.m., Killaloe OPP responded to the theft of an SUV, as well as the camping and fishing equipment stored inside the vehicle.
The SUV was parked on the trail near Parcher Lake, in the Township of Madawaska Valley.

The maroon 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe was located a few days later burned in a bush off Burnt Bridge Road.
