There is a need for blood donations at a clinic in Bancroft today.
Canadian Blood Services Territory Manager Melissa Smith-McGuire the need for blood goes up in the summer, as the supply goes down.
Smith-McGuire says today’s clinic in Bancroft has a goal in mind, and is still looking for more donors.

Smith-McGuire says there will be an automated option for donors, meaning they can fill out their donor registration form online, which will save them time at the clinic.
It is being held at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
