Double the speed limit: Charges laid for Stunt Driving near Barry’s Bay

On August 4, just before 9:30 a.m., Killaloe OPP conducted a traffic stop on 60 Highway, in the Township of Madawaska Valley.

A 54-year-old driver from Toronto was found to be travelling at 167 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.

As a result of the investigation, the driver was charged with stunt driving and was issued a summons to appear in court in Pembroke.
