Killaloe OPP charges two drivers 

Killaloe OPP have laid criminal charges on two drivers in separate incidents.  

On Dec. 21, just before midnight, officers were called to a collision on Silver Lake Road in Bonnechere Valley. After an investigation, a 34-year-old from Bonnechere Valley was charged with impaired driving and dangerous driving.  

Then, on Dec. 28, just before 2 a.m., officers attended a single-vehicle collision on Lake Dore Road in North Algona Wilberforce.

After an investigation, a 37-year-old from Killaloe Hagarty and Richards was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand. 

In both cases, the accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and their vehicles towed and impounded. Their cases are now before courts in Pembroke.
