A West Elgin man has been charged following an incident with staff at Algonquin Park last week.
Killaloe OPP says officers responded to an “assault call” at Rock Lake Campground at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 24.
After an investigation, a 26-year-old was charged with “assault of a peace officer” and “resisting a peace officer.”

He was released from custody and given a court date in September.
