Madawaska Valley wants to hear from its residents on how staff can be more accessible to the people they serve.
The Township has posted a survey to get feedback on their communications methods. It’s on the township’s website, but paper copies are also available at the office on Bay Street.
The survey asks seven questions, including whether you find it difficult or not to reach staff. It also provides space for written comments.

It’s up until the end of March and results will be released in the spring. The results will guide the Township on how to improve services.
